After a rigorous tender process managed by Fraser CRE (project managers), Peldon Rose were awarded the very prestigious project to create the new London HQ for the World Gold Council. The new office is situated at 10 Old Bailey, a building that has just been refurbished and where Peldon Rose have also created a stunning new space for the law firm Rosling King. WGC have taken 10,000 sq ft and the project is due for completion in 4 weeks.
