Our approach to all projects is to provide you with sufficient information to allow you to make informed decisions.

We provide all our clients with a very detailed and transparent cost breakdown for all projects no matter how big or small. This detail provides you with an effective 'shopping list' so that you know you always have options.

The cost to any project can be assessed from the earliest stages of feasibility in terms of cost per square foot right through to the cost per linear metre of some mdf skirting.

We always take a holistic approach to any budget in order that you are aware of all areas of expenditure such as:

  • Exit costs from your existing building (if relocating) including your current lease liabilities, alienation rights, any dilapidations works, double overheads, marketing costs and physical relocation costs.
  • Revenue costs of the new building in terms of rent, rates and service charge.
  • Any rent free period.
  • Any break option penalties.
  • Cost of fitting out new premises in terms of fit-out, furniture, IT, voice and data (also how this depreciated in accordance with your company accounting policy).
  • Acquisition fees.
  • Other professional fees

This gives you a global project budget which can then be considered against other commitments.
