Ascot

Background:

Ascot are an underwriting syndicate, known for their international reach and entrepreneurial drive. The two stage competitive tender for the design of their new offices was conducted by their project managers, Harrington Consulting. Peldon Rose were appointed to design and build the project in Plantation Place, one of the new ‘intelligent generation’ of buildings in the City.

How we delivered:

The scope of work included full category A design, construction and co-ordination with the Category B work to the landlord’s areas. The workspace was planned to achieve maximum density, with the objective of providing a degree of future proofing for expansion.

A focus of the interior design by Peldon Rose was the marketing suite, approached via a stunning ‘feature corridor’. Extensive use of Ascot’s own impressive art collection helped to create an environment with an intriguing mixture of unexpected and classic elements. It is the kind of workspace that helps to set Ascot apart from their competitors.
