Background:

As a world class car rental business Avis UK needed to refresh their workspace.

Having occupied the same building for 17 years they needed to find a way to maximise new ways of working to aid communication and team integration together with providing an infrastructure to support their business needs.

How we delivered:

The refurbishment of Avis’s building, built in 1969, was a complex task, predominantly led by Peldon Rose’s team of in-house consultant engineers creating a fully air conditioned environment whilst refurbishing 7 floors during Avis’s continued occupation. The end result is clean, professional and a true reflection of the Avis business.

A new reception was constructed on the ground floor, thus increasing the net useable space and giving the building a new dimension.
