Background:
As London based Investment Managers, established in 2005, Capula wanted to create a substantial landmark workspace.
Having appointed Peldon Rose and identified premium office accommodation at Lancelot Place, just over the road from Harrods.
Capula’s quest was to create an office that gave them a substantial start-up home that communicated the values of being different together with a sense of robustness.
Peldon Rose created two distinct areas to the office, the public-face and the workspace.
How we delivered:
Using dark traditional timbers together with stainless steel and glass an interior has been developed which is both timeless yet has a twist of difference.
Exacting constructions skills were required to bring together the steel, stone, timber and glass in order to create a fully co-ordinated and highly detailed client area.
Together with the integration of specialist lighting and audio-visual systems the client areas have become a sumptuous sanctuary in the busy metropolis.
The workspace is simpler, consisting of open plan desking with a minimal number of touchdown meeting spaces.
The entire project was designed and created in order to allow a fast-track build programme with an emphasis on cost effective long term occupancy.
