Background:
Won against fierce competition. Peldon Rose has implemented four separate projects for CP Ships. The ultimate aim was to create a new corporate HQ at City Place, Gatwick integrating three separate offices into one site.
Having tested the suitability of the building, through a full feasibility study, our brief was simple but demanding – deliver a modern workplace to an almost impossible time frame and provide an environment that projected a new, dynamic image for CP Ships.
How we delivered:
As fast track design and build specialists, Peldon Rose conceived and constructed the offices to a remarkably tight timescale. The design scheme has combined some of the symbols reflecting CP Ships history within a firmly 21st century setting. A central focus was the full cook kitchen and restaurant. Peldon Rose also designed and produced a comprehensive ‘welcome pack’ as an essential part of the change management process for over 350 staff moving to the site.
