Voted No.1 of the World class agencies in 5 categories in 2009
EHS Brann needed to refurbish their entire offices in Briset Street,
London in order to reflect their dynamic, fast changing environment
and client focused activities.
Peldon Rose were appointed by Paul Green, the CFO, following a
previous project they had carried out for AKQA with Paul.
Peldon Rose carried out a significant refurbishment at Briset Street in
order to maximise density and improve synergy of workflow and
ultimately free up a complete floor of 10,000 sq ft to hand back to the
Landlord, thus improving the occupational costs.

How we delivered

The ultimate project is a clean, simple environment, which is predominantly
white with strong architectural features being introduced through bridges,
spiral staircases, open plan meeting spaces and dynamic carpet designs.

The overall feel of the project is highly inspirational and has a real buzz of
creativity and exchange.
