Background:
IKB are noted specialists in providing long term financing for mid-sized businesses. Following a three-way competitive pitch, Peldon Rose were appointed for the design and construction of their new city workplace.
How we delivered:
We undertook a feasibility study of three buildings to determine the most suitable location and developed the interior concept by working closely with a very design-aware client.
The result includes an impressive curved feature wall defining the entrance area and a crisp, minimal colour palette applied to the working areas and conference spaces.
