As part of the WPP group of businesses, Mindshare Media is one of the largest truly global full service media companies in the world. As ‘global media agency of the year’ for the second year running they were fast outstripping their real estate portfolio.
How we delivered:
A review of working practices and analysis of the use of space resulted in an increase in open plan density, accommodating a 20% expansion in headcount. A more team orientated environment has brought improvements in communication and knowledge sharing. Improved I.T. supports flexible, alternative ways of working.
The client’s office remained functioning and fully compliant throughout a rolling refurbishment programme. As a result of the improved efficiency and effectiveness of the space, Mindshare has dramatically reduced their occupancy costs by increasing the useable lifespan of their real estate.
All of this was accomplished in a fast track programme which was mobilised and completed within a very tight frame.
