Background:
Nord LB commissioned Peldon Rose to undertake a thorough review of their accommodation and workplace requirements in the UK, involving detailed assessment of existing practices and projected needs. Three separate buildings were the subject of careful and comprehensive evaluation.
In addition, the design solution had to reflect the clients existing brand values and service ethos.
How we delivered:
Following the initial assessment stage we recommended that Nord/LB should remain in their current building and undertake a move to a different floor with more suitable space.
Our design concept combined the apparently conflicting need to achieve secure, compliant enclosed spaces with the client’s desire for visual connection throughout.
The result is a well detailed and beautifully constructed environment, one that more than meets and reflects the high corporate standards of our German client.
