Background:
As fast growing Australian Asset Managers, Rubicon wanted to establish a British corporate Headquarters in Mayfair.
The vision was to create an open and transparent approach to asset management in a traditional London marketplace.
How we delivered:
Occupying the two middle floors of 103 Mount Street, which Peldon Rose designed, project managed and constructed every floor for various clients, we delivered a highly complex project including the construction of a spiral staircase to link Rubicon’s two floors.
The hub of the office is a crisp, open plan dealer room with touch-down zones and interactive spaces around the perimeter to allow individual and quiet working.
