Our goal when working on any office fit-out or relocation project is to enable the Client to focus on running their business, and ensuring that our Project Team facilitates this.
Each project has a dedicated Project Team, lead by an Account Director and supported by dedicated Designer, Project Manager, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and IT Consultant.
The Project Manager leads the project operationally, and is the immediate point of contact for every Client. We request a dedicated Client project representative and the Project Manager will ensure that there is regular communication with this person.
Each project is structured with a series of Client meetings to update on project progress, and also weekly Sub-Contractor meetings to maintain programme and project co-ordination. The policy of continuous assessment is adhered to in relation to quality, design and value for money.
Regular project progress reports will be issued confirming project status, and the project manager will distil all project information down to any critical decisions that are required and updates that need to be provided. Where more details are required than this it will all be accompanied in the weekly report.
We aim for our clients to enjoy the design development and project implementation of their office fit-out, and ensure that all key business objectives are met within prescribed time scales.
